Where do I buy tickets?
It is possible to purchase tickets for Eicma 2026 on the official website eicma.it on the Ticket Shop page.
By purchasing tickets online, you can take advantage of the discounted rate: ticketseicma.it
Are there any age limits for entry?
On the days reserved for press and trade visitors (3 and 4 November) entry is allowed only for those over 18 years of age. At the entrances, you may be asked to show an identity document proving the age. Failure to show the ID may result in the impossibility to access the Event.
Are there cumulative tickets?
No, there aren’t cumulative tickets.
Is there an afternoon ticket?
Yes, both full and reduced price, on days reserved for the public (5-8 November):
- Children from 0 to 3 years old enter for free
- Children from 4 to 13 years pay a reduced ticket of €7
- Children aged 14 and over fall into the "adult" category, the full ticket is €14
The ticket is valid starting from 1.30 p.m.
Do women enter for free?
No, there is no free entry for women.
From what age do children pay? Can I enter with a stroller?
Children are allowed to enter only on days reserved for the public (5-8 November):
- Children from 0 to 3 years old enter free
- Children from 4 to 13 years pay a reduced ticket
- Children aged 14 and over fall into the "adult" category
Access with strollers is permitted.
I haven't received the tickets, or I haven't received the SMS code. What should I do?

I purchased the ticket, but I can no longer come; can I ask for a refund?
No, once the ticket has been purchased it cannot be refunded.
Can I leave and re-enter the fair with the same ticket?
No, it's not possible. The ticket is a one-shot type, once used it will no longer be valid for a second access. We ask visitors to keep the ticket as it will have to be shown in case of control inside the Exhibition Centre.
Trade Visitors
Entry will be allowed, only to adult operators (+18), starting from Tuesday 3 November from 1:00 p.m. At the entrances, you may be asked to show an identity document proving the age. Failure to show the ID may result in the impossibility to access the Event.

People with disabilities: is a disability percentage required? Where do I find the ticket? Are there dedicated parking spaces? What documents do I need to show? Is it possible to book a wheelchair?
Admission will also be permitted on Wednesday, November 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tickets for visitors with disabilities can only be collected at the ticket office on the day of the visit. To collect the ticket, visitors must present a valid disability ID card or an equivalent certificate. No minimum disability percentage is required.
Eligible visitors are entitled to one complimentary admission ticket for themselves and one for an accompanying person, who must be at least 18 years old. All areas of Fiera Milano are accessible to visitors with disabilities and those with reduced mobility, thanks to dedicated accessible routes and services.

Are there parking spaces dedicated to disabled people?
Parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available in all car parks, subject to availability of the designated spaces. We recommend using P3 at South Gate or PM1 at West Gate. At the car park entrance, you must collect a parking ticket. Before entering the exhibition, please go to one of the two dedicated FierAccessibile Desks located at the Fiera Milano Reception at South Gate or at the APCOA office (car park operator) at PM1 – 2nd floor.
Here, a staff member will cancel your parking ticket. At the FierAccessibile Desk you must present your parking ticket, disabled parking permit and the ID. The refund of the ticket in the following days will not be possible. The parking ticket must be cancelled before leaving the car park.
IF YOUR VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRONIC TOLL DEVICE (SUCH AS TELEPASS, UNIPOL MOVE or MOONEY GO), REMOVE IT IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE CHARGING OF THE PARKING.

School entry. How do we proceed to visit Eicma? Can we buy tickets online?
It is necessary to register as school and purchase entrance tickets by clicking on the following: ticketonline.fieramilano.it
You will need to submit the following documents:
- List of all participants on headed paper (handwritten lists are not accepted)
- Authorization by the Institute The cost of the ticket is €15.00 per person.
- There are no free tickets except for disabled students and their companion.
Parking for campers. Where are they located?

Where to park at Rho Fiera Milano
The areas around the Exhibition Centre are equipped with numerous car parks, both paid and free. It is strongly recommend reaching the Exhibition by public transport using the FREE CAR PARK provided by the organizer.

Motorcycle parking. Where to find it?
Free motorcycle parking is available in the Fiera Milano car parks (PM1 – Porta Ovest).
Please note that access to the car parks is equipped with a Telepass/UnipolMove system. Therefore, anyone who has a Telepass/UnipolMove device installed on their motorcycle must deactivate or shield it before entering, to avoid unwanted automatic charges and subsequent requests for reimbursement from Apcoa.
Where can I find the exhibitors’ list?
The list of exhibitors is available on the eicma.it website.
Is it possible to purchase products during the event?
No, with the exception of officially authorized merchandise.
Can animals enter the Exhibition centre?
Any type of animal cannot enter the Exhibition Centre. Cases in which these carry out socially useful tasks are excluded, the evaluation of which is left to the unquestionable judgment of Fiera Milano S.p.A. Have free access, in the exercise of their functions and in compliance with the rules regarding their keeping: guide dogs to blind people, dog units of the Police Forces, the Armed Forces, the Civil Protection, etc.
Distribution of promotional material
It is not permitted to carry out street advertising and to distribute brochures and advertising material in general inside the pavilions and the exhibition grounds.
