On the days reserved for press and trade visitors (4th and 5th November) entry is allowed only for those over 18 years of age. 

At the entrances, you may be asked to show an identity document proving the age. Failure to show the ID may result in the impossibility to access the Event.

Yes, both full and reduced price, on days reserved for the public (6th -9th November):
- children from 0 to 3 years old enter for free; 
- children from 4 to 13 years pay a reduced ticket of €7; 
- children aged 14 and over fall into the "adult" category, the full ticket is €14.
The ticket is valid starting from 1.30 p.m.

No, there is no free entry for women.

No, it's not possible. The ticket is a one-shot type, once used it will no longer be valid for a second access. We ask visitors to keep the ticket as it will have to be shown in case of control inside the Exhibition Centre.

NEWS 2025: Entry will be allowed, only to adult operators (+18), starting from Tuesday 4th November from 1:00 p.m. The closing time on 4th and 5th November will be at 7:30 p.m.  At the entrances, you may be asked to show an identity document proving the age. People with disabilities do not require a percentage of disability to enter the exhibition. You must go to the cash desk of the reception of Eicma with a disability card or equivalent certificate. You’ll receive a free entry for you and your carer/companion who must be necessarily 18 years old or older. Ticket collection for Eicma 2025 can be made at the cash desk only. 
Inside Fiera Milano there are equipped routes and services that guarantee the accessibility of all spaces even to people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility.

For wheelchair or other rental services, we invite you to consult the Fiera Milano website at the following link https://visitors.fieramilano.it/ scrolling to the bottom of the part relating to Accessibility. 

All parking areas are provided with parking spaces for disabled people. We suggest to park at P2 or P3 -South Gate.

At the parking entrance, you are requested to collect the parking access ticket. Parking is free of charge. Reach your FierAccessibile Desk at APCOA PARKING offices at PM1 - 2nd floor or at Fiera Milano Reception in Service Center.

Here an operator will punch your car park ticket. At the FierAccessibile Desk it is necessary to show ticket, disabled
parking permit and ID card.

The refund of the ticket in the following days will not be possible. reception – South Gate.

IF YOUR VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ELECTRONIC TOLL DEVICE (SUCH AS, TELEPASS, UNIPOL MOVE or MOONEY GO), REMOVE IT IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE CHARGING OF THE PARKING

You will need to submit the following documents:
- List of all participants on headed paper (handwritten lists are not accepted);
- Authorization by the Institute.

The cost of the ticket is €15.00 per person. There are no free tickets except for disabled students and their companion.

The areas around the Exhibition Centre are equipped with numerous car parks, both paid and free. 

It is strongly recommend reaching the Exhibition by public transport using the FREE CAR PARK provided by the organizer. CLICK HERE to learn more.

Free motorcycle parking is available in the Fiera Milano car parks (PM1 – Porta Ovest).
Please note that access to the car parks is equipped with a Telepass/UnipolMove system. Therefore, anyone who has a Telepass/UnipolMove device installed on their motorcycle must deactivate or shield it before entering, to avoid unwanted automatic charges and subsequent requests for reimbursement from Apcoa.

The list of exhibitors will be available from the end of August on the Eicma.it website.

Any type of animal cannot enter the Exhibition Centre. Cases in which these carry out socially useful tasks are excluded, the evaluation of which is left to the unquestionable judgment of Fiera Milano S.p.A. Have free access, in the exercise of their functions and in compliance with the rules regarding their keeping: guide dogs to blind people, dog units of the Police Forces, the Armed Forces, the Civil Protection, etc.

It is not permitted to carry out street advertising and to distribute brochures and advertising material in general inside the pavilions and the exhibition grounds.
